Completing an apprenticeship at Wefapress Beck + Co. GmbH means learning in a company that has been successfully manufacturing ultra-high-molecular (PE-UHMW) and high-molecular (PE-HMW) polyethylene for many years and machines all types of thermoplastic material into finished parts according to customer specifications. Wefapress’ roots go back to the year 1895. Fresh ideas, different ways of thinking, rethinking and sometimes thinking out of the box: this has always been our approach. As evidenced by the production move to the press sintering process and the manufacture of pickers made of plastic instead of rawhide in the 1950s, both milestones that established our status as a pioneer in PE manufacturing.
