Continuous growth! The Vreden company headquarters over the years..
In the first production facility, it all started in 1895 with ten employees and a 4 HP electric motor. It quickly became clear that this capacity would not be sufficient in the long run. Expansion was needed!
Delayed by World War I, a new factory, a new machine house and a 32-meter high industrial chimney were built in 1920 - a symbol of the economic boom. New address: "Up de Hacke", as still today.
Destroyed 60 percent in the bombing of World War II, the manufacturing facility was rebuilt to the highest standards and production ramped up.
As a result of the coming successes, production and storage capacities were continuously expanded and modernized - that made the growing machines and product variety necessary. Disused buildings gave way to contemporary buildings; the company premises now cover 31,000 m².
The newest litter? The ultra-modern shipping hall, which is currently being built over the old one - while we continue to work diligently in it.
