Using state-of-the-art equipment, Wefapress manufactures diffuser blocks for headboxes from pressed ultra-high molecular weight low pressure polyethylene (UHMW-PE). The diffuser blocks are available in lengths of up to 10,250 mm and in thicknesses of up to 210 mm (without welded joints). Larger blocks are welded using state-of-the-art technology. Here, too, the surfaces of the step drillings achieve a quality of Ra 0.4 to 0.8.

This also applies for perforated sheets for circular distributors with a diameter of 2,500 mm and a thickness of 200 mm with no welding joint.

For the bushings in diffusers, Wefapress offers various materials, such as PA (polyamide) POM (polyoxymethylene) or PE (polyethylene). The bushings are used to adjust the flow velocities to the machine parameters.
