Individual plastic solutions
Milled / turned plastic parts
Modern thermoplastics such as PE, POM, PA or PET are just as effective as their metal counterparts. Thanks to their high performance and physical properties, they are highly suitable for use in all industries for a range of requirements. These plastics provide a cheaper alternative to metals such as steel, aluminium or zinc and can be used as a more efficient replacement for parts made from these metals.

Why choose Wefapress plastic solutions?
Thermoplastics
PE - polyethylene
At Wefapress, our range of PE polyethylenes includes ultra-high-molecular polyethylene (PE-UHMW/PE 1000) in its pure form under the trade name 'St 1000' and in other modified variants. This plastic can be modified using specially selected additives to improve characteristics such as wear and lubrication properties, among others. This high quality material is used in almost every industry.
PET - polyethylene terephthalate
PET is available at Wefapress in its pure form (PETP) and in a modified form (PETP-SP), which has better sliding properties. Not only can PET withstand temperatures >= 100°C, it also offers high wear resistance and excellent dimensional stability. PET is therefore suitable for machine parts with a narrow tolerance range, as well as for other uses.
