Individual plastic solutions

Milled / turned plastic parts

Modern thermoplastics such as PE, POM, PA or PET are just as effective as their metal counterparts.  Thanks to their high performance and physical properties, they are highly suitable for use in all industries for a range of requirements. These plastics provide a cheaper alternative to metals such as steel, aluminium or zinc and can be used as a more efficient replacement for parts made from these metals.

The high-quality, economical alternative to metal

Wefapress is your partner for individual plastic solutions

We are an innovative company that refuses to settle for just any solution. We place great importance on close collaboration with our customers, who know the market and their products better than anyone and are therefore in a positions to determine which specifications are most important to them. The requests we receive and the development processes we have for our products are as diverse as our customers themselves. Whatever your requirements, you can count on our qualified team of applications technicians and engineers who are available throughout the entire development process to provide free advice wherever you are - even for more complex applications.

Thermoplastics

PA - polyamide

PA- Polyamid

PA polyamide is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic available at Wefapress as PA 4.6, PA 6 G and PA 12 G.  Polyamide is known for its wear, pressure and impact resistance, among other properties. The material is therefore used in many industries.

PE - polyethylene

PE - polyethylene

At Wefapress, our range of PE polyethylenes includes ultra-high-molecular polyethylene (PE-UHMW/PE 1000) in its pure form under the trade name 'St 1000' and in other modified variants. This plastic can be modified using specially selected additives to improve characteristics such as wear and lubrication properties, among others. This high quality material is used in almost every industry.

POM - polyoxymethylene

POM - polyoxymethylene

POM is a material used in construction with a very high dimensional stability. Thanks to its lubrication properties, as well as its resistance to moisture and high wear resistance, POM is used in many different industries.

PET - polyethylene terephthalate

PET - polyethylene terephthalate

PET is available at Wefapress in its pure form (PETP) and in a modified form (PETP-SP), which has better sliding properties. Not only can PET withstand temperatures >= 100°C, it also offers high wear resistance and excellent dimensional stability. PET is therefore suitable for machine parts with a narrow tolerance range, as well as for other uses.
