IT specialists procure information and communication technology systems and manage them. They identify user requirements, plan and create application solutions and provide advice and training to users. They also ensure profitability, as well as customer and user-oriented organisation of projects. IT specialists work in almost every business sector of a company, but are primarily based in the IT department.
